I find this paper really interesting, but not useful from clinical view point. As a matter of fact, General Practititoners need CLINICAL tool, reliable in allowing them to bedside recognize Biological System alterations, which parallel both gene mutations and molecular biological modifications, brought about by environmental causes, according to Angiobiopathy Theory (1-3).
